Major of Mathematics
The Department of Mathematics was founded in March 1972 according to plans for the development of Inha University from 1970. The educational graduate school was founded in 1978 with a Master's and Doctoral program, and graduates have contributed to study and to higher education. The Department teaches leadership skills for the fields of Engineering and Social Sciences.
Major of Statistics
Statistics gives us a way to obtain profitable information from the world. Statistics can be applied to a variety of studies from Mathematical Science, Biology, and Medicine to Economics, Social Studies, and Psychology. Statistics can be applied to more extensive studies as it allows for quick treatment of information.
The Department was established in March 1987. The Master's program and the doctoral program were founded in 1991 and 1996, respectively.
